We provide free estimates for our customers. Our experienced estimators can often provide an estimate of your project over the phone. Sometimes we will ask you to send us photos and for unique projects we must come to your location and take a look. We will provide you a written estimate along with any contingencies prior to commencing work.
Absolutely. For larger projects that are covered by your insurance we will request approval from your insurance company prior to performing the work and we will invoice them upon completion. You will be responsible for any associated deductibles or co-pays.
That depends on many factors but we pride ourselves on meeting our clients individual needs. We can accommodate most projects in our normal flow of business within a few days to a week. Larger projects make take up to two weeks to schedule. Rush jobs and after regular hours projects may require an additional fee.
We want to accommodate your desired days and times as much as possible. We will also schedule projects on Sundays and holidays when necessary to accommodate you. There may be an additional fee.
Yes. We are licensed and insured to do business in the state of Idaho as well as surrounding areas. Our insurance company will provide a summary of our policy at your request. If necessary, your company can be added as an additional insured for a particular project or time-frame.
We can provide staff that carry a CDL when it is required such as for washing fleets of commercial vehicles. When we are estimating your project, we will ask if this would be a requirement.
